Perth, Australia (CNS) - Heath Ledger has left more than $145,000 for his family. Reports surface that the late actor's will, which was drafted back in 2003, stated a significantly lower amount than the actual earnings of the actor at the time of his death.

TMZ.com reports that the stated amount of $145,000 does not include his earnings from the movies he had done after drafting the will. And therefore, the 28-year-old actor has more assets for his family to inherit.

Ledgers' father, Kim, had once stated that although the actor's daughter, Matilda, and her mother Michelle Williams were not included in the will as it was drafted before he had met Williams, they would be an absolute priority and would be taken care of.

However, some relatives are challenging the will, saying Ledger's, who died in January from accidental prescription drug overdose, estate is valued at $60 million. And to add more conflict to the story, rumors surface that the actor wrote a second will, albeit unsigned, that states Matilda, 2, is a significant beneficiary.

The dispute on Ledger's will has ignited a 15-year-old family feud regarding their grandfather's estate involving his uncles against his father.

Ledger's films after 2003 include the award-winning film "Brokeback Mountain," "The Brothers Grimm," "Casanova," and "The Dark Night."
