Philadelphia, PA (AHN) - The Philadelphia Eagles on Wednesday loaded up another tight end to their fold, signing free-agent Kris Wilson to a three-year deal.

Wilson, who played all three years of his NFL career with the Kansas City Chiefs, joins L.J. Smith, Matt Schobel and Brent Celek at the tight end slot for Philadelphia. The 27-year-old Pittsburgh standout caught a career-high 180 yards last season at fullback and also had one touchdown in 16 games.

Wilson was drafted in the second round of the 2004 draft but only played a year later, finishing with 33 yards in 14 games in 2005. He followed that up with a 132-yard output in 2006 while recording three touchdowns for the Chiefs.
